36mm MDF is a medium density fibreboard manufactured to a finished thickness of 36 millimetres. It is made by pressing refined wood fibres with resin under heat and pressure into a single, uniform panel.

The board is available in 2440mm x 1220mm and 3050mm x 1220mm sizes with square edges. Manufactured to BS EN 622-1 and EN 622-5, it is classified as a non-structural interior panel. The surface is sanded and ready for painting, lacquering or staining if sheets are veneered. 36mm MDF meets E1 and E0.5 formaldehyde standards. FSC-certified options available.
