What is premium standard MDF?

Premium Standard MDF is a high quality medium density fibreboard. It is made from fine wood fibres bonded with resins under heat and pressure. Premium MDF options often include FSC-certified timber sources made from eucalyptus and pine. Formaldehyde levels are rated E1 or E05, which are suitable for interior environments where air quality matters. Some boards are also compliant with CARB2 requirements where stated.
