Lead Time: 3-5 days

The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide:

  • Zone 1:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £50 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £125 ex VAT (Moffet delivery)

  • Zone 2:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £70 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £150 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 3:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £90 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £250 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 4:
    Custom delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. (Palletline)

      Yes, 12mm Medite Exterior MDF can be used as the backing for a notice board, and you can push pins into it, but there are a few considerations.

      Advantages

      • Dense and smooth surface
      • Provides a rigid, flat backing
      • Strong enough to support fabric or cork coverings
      • Moisture-resistant compared to standard MDF

      Things to be aware of

      • MDF is quite dense, so drawing pins and push pins can be harder to push in than with softer materials like cork, insulation board, or softwood.
      • Repeated pinning in the same area can leave visible holes and eventually loosen the material.
      • If people will be pinning notices frequently, the MDF should ideally be used as a backing board, with a softer layer fixed on top.

      Recommended notice board construction

      For a professional notice board:

      1. 12mm Medite Exterior MDF as the backing.
      2. 6–12mm cork sheet, pinboard board, or insulation board fixed to the MDF.
      3. Fabric wrapped over the front if required.

      This allows pins to go in easily while the MDF provides the strength and stability.
