18mm Primed Double V Groove Bead Moisture Resistant MDF panel is designed for use in humid conditions, so it is ideal for applications such as kitchen and bathroom furniture, window and skirting boards and architectural mouldings, architraves, window boards, flooring and general interior joinery.

The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide - delivery areas.

    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £70 ex VAT (Van delivery)

    Description

    MDF (Medium Density Fibre) is a widely used sheet material within the building and joinery industry. It being free from defects, it is easily cut and shaped with both hand and machine tools to provide a surface that is easily painted or otherwise decorated.

    Environmental
    MDF manufactured from wood fibres mixed with resin and waxes, which are then hot pressed to the required thickness. These wood fibres sourced from environmentally friendly forest thinnings, recycled wood/pallets, and sawdust. All our suppliers provide FSC certification.

    Safety
    All dust can be harmful if inhaled or ingested. MDF dust is no exception. Correct PPE such as dust masks and goggles should be worn as a matter of routine. Workshop machines should be fitted with appropriate dust extraction equipment. If not in a workshop environment, then MDF should be worked in a well-ventilated area. The use of a respirator equipped with P2 filter units highly recommended.
