44mm Flamebreak door blank is 6mm mdf faced and Falcatta Solid Core. Its lightweight and is fire resistant for up to 30 minutes (FD30). MDF Faced 44mm door blank is unlipped, FLEGT Licensed and q-mark certified It may be shaped or cut to suit your size needs. These doors are made for internal use only.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • All door blanks must acclimate to room temperature for at least 4 days before installation to prevent warping.

Lead Time: 1-3 days

The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide - delivery areas.

    1,000kg and above in weight โ€“ ยฃ125 ex VAT (Moffet delivery)

  • Zone 2:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight โ€“ ยฃ70 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) โ€“ ยฃ100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight โ€“ ยฃ150 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 3:
