What conditions need to be met in order for us to beat your quote?

- Same Brands: The products or services quoted must be of the same brand or manufacturer. This ensures that we are comparing identical items in terms of quality, specifications, and performance.
- Valid Quote/Recent price: Your existing quote from another supplier must be recent and not expired and presented to us via E-mail. Same would apply to your recent invoice from the supplier you bought from. We require this to verify the pricing and validity of the quote you are holding from another place.
- Available Stock: The products listed in the competing quote must be in stock and available for immediate delivery. This ensures that we are not comparing against discontinued or backordered items.
- Same Terms: The quoted terms of sale, including shipping, delivery time, and warranty, must match our offer. If their terms differ, we may adjust accordingly but still strive to offer the best possible deal.
- Exclusions: This offer does not apply to promotional pricing, clearance sales, or special limited-time offers that the competitor may be running.
