Lead Time: 1-3 days

The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide:

  • Zone 1:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £50 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000 – 24,000kg  – £125 ex VAT per load (Moffett delivery)
  • Zone 2:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £70 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000 – 24,000kg – £150 ex VAT per load (Moffett delivery)
  • Zone 3:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £90 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000 – 24,000kg – £250 ex VAT per load (Moffett delivery)
  • Zone 4:
    Custom delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. (Palletline)
    6,000kg MAX weight for orders to zone 4.

Moffett note*
When ordering above the 24,000kg vehicle limit, you will be charged for separate Moffett delivery automatically. For example: You require a 30,000kg delivery to Zone 1: you will be charged £125 ex VAT x2, totalling £250 ex VAT for delivery.
