The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide:

  • Zone 1:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £50 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £125 ex VAT (Moffet delivery)

  • Zone 2:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £70 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £150 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 3:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £90 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £250 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 4:
    Custom delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. (Palletline)
    6,000kg MAX weight for orders to zone 4.

    Strength and Stability

    Due to its cross-banded layers of veneer, Birch plywood is much more resistant to warping and bowing than other plywood, especially in thicker sheets. Its void free core also means that screws bite and hold with 100% of their threads leading to better screw holding, this makes it a great choice for long-term use.

    Elegance

    Birch plywood has elegance to it, thanks to its smooth, pale finish which leaves a beautiful sheen on any product made from it. This lovely finish means that the wood can be treated in any way that the maker or purchaser sees fit, this wood looks just as good if left untreated as it does varnished.  It can be shaped, sanded and finished, resulting not only in an attractive finish but also in saving time and materials. Birch plywood also looks just as pleasing aesthetically with little work done on the finish as it does with lots of time spent smoothing and sanding it out. With this wood, you can enjoy any finish which is down to personal preference.
