Theย 47 ร— 150mm Structural Graded C24 Treated Carcassing Timberย is not treated to UC3.

If the timber is going to beย directly on the ground or in contact with the ground, you would require a suitableย UC3-treated timberย due to the increased exposure to moisture.

However, if the floor bearers areย raised off the ground and suitably separated from the ground, this timber would be a suitable option from a treatment perspective.
