A unprimed fire resistant MDF with Richmond profile style grooves (101.6mm centres) running along with the board, creating an excellent panelling effect for walls and ceilings. This product is also available in 9mm;12mm;15mm;18mm;25mm. The long grooved board has grooves running along the length of the sheet, 2440mm.

  • Bead & Butt sheet finishes on a half groove along the long edges. This allows the groove pattern to align perfectly when two sheets are joined side by side, creating a continuous, seamless look with no visible join—ideal for wall panelling and larger surface areas.
  • This product is manufactured from Euroclass B fire-rated MDF. Once machined or profiled, the fire classification no longer applies unless independently tested.

Lead time to be confirmed

The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide:

  • Zone 1:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £50 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £125 ex VAT (Moffet delivery)

  • Zone 2:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £70 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £150 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 3:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £90 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £250 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 4:
    Custom delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode. (Palletline)
    6,000kg MAX weight for orders to zone 4.

      It is combustible and cannot be used directly behind or too close to a wood burner. I would recommend Calcium Silicate Board A1 Non-Combustible
