44mm Halspan Optima door blank uses a graduated-density chipboard core with integral facings. It’s unlipped, lightweight and fire-resistant for up to 30 minutes (FD30). Supplied with square-edge and is for internal use only.

  • All door blanks must acclimate to room temperature for at least 4 days before installation to prevent warping.

The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide - delivery areas.

  • Zone 1:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £50 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £125 ex VAT (Moffet delivery)

  • Zone 2:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £70 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £150 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)

  • Zone 3:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £90 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight (up to 2,000kg) – £100 ex VAT (Palletline)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £250 ex VAT (Moffett delivery)
