60mm MDF Board (also known as Medium Density Fibre) is commonly used for internal projects such as joinery, cabinet making, wardrobe, panelling, furniture and much more. MDF has a smooth and clean finish with no grain or knots and is suitable for finishing with oil, varnish or paint. The dense and lightweight board is strong and durable and can be easily fixed with glues and screws.
MDF 4mm is a composite panel product consisting of cellulosic fibres compressed with a synthetic resin or other ideal bonding system and joined together under extreme heat and pressure. For light carpentry projects, such as shelving and trim, 4mm MDF can be excellent.

Lightweight MDF 18mm is a slightly lighter board than a premium standard MDF that we do. 18mm Lightweight MDF means that its compression is lower than standard MDF. Applications of this MDF can vary from non-structural to Van linings, covers, use in theatres and more.
