The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

There is no Minimum order value, and we deliver nationwide - delivery areas.

    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £50 ex VAT (Van delivery)
    1,000kg and above in weight – £125 ex VAT (Moffet delivery)

  • Zone 2:
    Up to 1,000kg in weight – £70 ex VAT (Van delivery)

    Description

    Birch core mesh plywood is manufactured in Europe and is an alternative to the well known Buffalo board. It is made from 1.4mm birch veneers. The board is 18mm phenolic External birch plywood with a slip-resistant wire mesh pattern. It is bonded together with a tough, thermosetting phenolic resin which conforms to EN314-2: Class 3 for bonding and also meets EN13986.

    The birch baseboard is overlaid with a 220g/m2 dark brown phenolic film with a (slip-resistant) large wire-mesh pattern to the face and a smooth phenolic film reverse – with the Buffalo logo on it.

    Suitable for use in lorry decks, access platforms, walkways, stages. grandstands and play equipment.
