Fire-rated MDF 12mm boards manufactured in adherence to EN Euro class B&C. They meant for use in public areas such as theatres, foyers, and other institutional structures where Building Regulations demand the use of fire retardant materials for the public’s safety in case of a fire outbreak.
To make it easier to identify each type of 12mm fire-rated MDF board, a light red/ pink dye is usually incorporated into the material during the manufacturing process.
Fire-rated MDF 12mm x 3050mm x 1220mm is ideal for utilisation in internal dry conditions for non-structural use.
