Sheet Materials are produced from recycled or solid timber by binding the materials together with the addition of an adhesive. All the sheet materials have specific grades for the different use –so it is very important to check that the selected timber sheets are suitable for the intended application. Here at Sheet Materials Wholesale, we have an extensive stock of the essential and most popular timber sheets at the most competitive prices. Our selection includes Hardboard Plywood and Softwood Plywood sheets which are ideal for general decorative use, whilst certain types can be used building walls, floors, and roofs, other types like MDF – Medium Density Fibre board comes in fire and moisture resistant grades. MDF board has a smooth surface which makes it an ideal sheet wood for the furniture construction. For standard joinery & structural use, we stock the Chipboard sheet it is also called particle board. If you are looking for an economical alternative to plywood than OSB or Oriented strand board is a perfect choice. We also supply Fire Retardant sheets and Hardboards.
