The average delivery lead time for the majority of orders is 1-3 working days from the date of your order, however, it could extend to 5 working days on rare occasions or when you order products with extended lead times. Once the order has been placed, customers receive a text message and email confirmation, along with a tracking link, 24 hours before delivery. Only Palletline and Moffett customers are contacted directly by a member of staff. The next day delivery is available within M25 on orders placed on the day before 11AM, for other locations next day deliveries are available at the additional cost for orders placed before 11AM.

    1. Q Does this panel accept standard cabinet fittings, screws and hinges without extra reinforcement?
      A

      Yes. The chipboard core takes standard furniture fixings the same way any Egger MFC panel does, the same material fabricators already work with on cabinet and wardrobe carcasses, so there's nothing unusual to plan around.
    2. Q Does this panel need any protective coating applied after fitting, or is it finished as supplied?
      A

      It's fully finished as supplied. No lacquer, oil or sealant is needed after fitting, since the surface is complete at the point of manufacture.
    3. Q How should the textured surface be cleaned without damaging the finish?
      A

      A soft cloth and warm soapy water handle most everyday marks. It's worth avoiding anything abrasive, like scouring pads or wire brushes, since the texture has more surface area that could catch and scratch than a completely flat panel.
    4. Q Does this decor need any different tools or blade type when cutting compared to a flat colour panel?
      A

      Not really. A sharp blade suited to melamine-faced boards works the same way here as on any other Egger MFC panel, texture included.
    5. Q Is this panel suitable for a room divider or partition that's visible from both sides?
      A

      Since the panel is faced with the same finish on both sides, it looks equally finished whichever side it's viewed from, making it a good fit for a room divider or any piece seen from more than one angle.
